Refund policy

I'm sure you'll love your purchase, but just in case you aren't entirely happy, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your jewellery to discuss.
I can offer a refund or an exchange upon receipt of the returned item if it is faulty. If the item is not faulty and returned unworn in its original gift box it can be exchanged. Bespoke orders are non-returnable unless faulty. All returns must be received or discussed within 7 days of sale. Return postage on non-faulty exchanges will be charged.
Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations, unless they are faulty.
