Terms and Conditions


Once your final design has been agreed you will be invoiced for a non-refundable 50% deposit of the final price of your jewellery (this deposit may sometimes be a higher percentage depending on the material costs of the jewellery).  Once your jewellery is ready the final balance is due, either on collection or before dispatch if your jewellery is being posted to you.

Methods of payment include bank transfer or card payment and Paypal on request (Paypal incurs an additional fee of 3%). Payment and account details are provided on your invoice.

When a quote is given for a bespoke order, this price is honoured for two weeks.  After this, the price may change as the price of silver and gold fluctuate daily.



You may cancel online orders up to the point of dispatch, as long as the item has not been made to order or customised.  If you have commissioned a piece of bespoke jewellery, the order may be cancelled up until the deposit payment is made and the materials are ordered / work has commenced. Cancellations must be made in writing by email so both parties have a record of the process. We will confirm cancellation by email reply, and start to process straight away.  If a bespoke order is cancelled any design fees are non-refundable.



We’re sure you'll love your purchase, but just in case you aren't entirely happy, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your jewellery to discuss.

If the item is not faulty but returned unworn and in re-sellable condition in its original gift box it can be exchanged or refunded.  All returns must be discussed within 7 days, and received within 14 days of receipt of the item.

Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations, unless they are faulty.

Bespoke orders are non-returnable unless faulty. 

In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, we can offer a refund or an exchange upon receipt of the jewellery.  We also offer a free repair service for 6 months from the date of sale if the breakage is due to a flaw in the manufacture of the piece i.e. a loosely set stone or weak solder join, but not if damage or breakages result from unnecessary wear and tear.  Please inform us of any breakages as soon as possible so the piece can be assessed, and the best method of repair identified.

Please post any returns by an insured method, as any loss/damage during transit remains your responsibility.
